The following terms refer to terms and conditions applicable to transactions on ritoners.com, a website fully owned by “Rite Imaging LLC”, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. (Here onwards referred as “RI”).

Pricing and Payment

While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. “RI” cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, “RI” shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, “RI” may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Furthermore, “RI” will have the right to modify prices on the online portal at any time, without notifying customers, however, this does not affect prices of orders already been placed by customers. In the event that we accept your order, the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to dispatch of the products that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever. We strive to provide you with the competitive prices on ritoners.com as well as in our our store “RI”. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in a store. Hence, store pricing will sometimes differ from online prices. This could be due to differences in the nature of transactions, for instance: for our in-store sales, we might issue bulk discounts for exports or apply wholesale pricing. On the other hand, we might issue coupon codes for discounts on on-line sales which would not apply to over the counter sales. Therefore, online prices could differ from our in-store prices.

Cancellation of Orders

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, conformed or approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. “RI” has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by “RI” and accept “RI”’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Wrong Image: Images are meant for illustrative purposes only. Customer buys a product where the image was wrongly advertised.
Wrong Price: Prices are updated in bulk. If a wrong price is advertised on the website.
Wrong Description: Mistakes may occur while capturing information from the internet. Certain products may have different features in different region. Customer buys a product which may not have a feature which is advertised.

We try our best to update inventory levels frequently, however, it is possible for an item to be out of stock when an order is placed. Under such condition, “RI” reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund to the customer if payment is already received.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on ritoners.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to ritoners.com. Furthermore, the said information will not be utilized and shared by ritoners.com with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. ritoners.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

Transaction Currency:

The standard transaction currency on our e-commerce portal is UAE Dhirams (AED). If the customer is using a credit card supplied by banks other than those in the UAE, the amount on the credit card bill may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and any charges that the card issuer/bank may have debited.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

ritoners.com reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. “RI” reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

Electronic Communications

When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

You agree that you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site, and that before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. “RI” reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.

You may not use the Site/ mobile app for any of the following purposes:

Shipping and Delivery

Costs can be considerably higher for international destinations. Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. An “extended area surcharge” may apply to buyers depending on their international locations. Nonetheless, all conveniently accessible sites within the UAE shall be subject to a nominal fixed delivery fee that the customer would be charged for and notified accordingly. The customer must inform be present him or herself at the delivery location and time mentioned in the order to collect the delivery of products.
On average, it could take up to two to five working days to deliver your order within UAE. Delivery outside City limits are subjected to additional charges based on the category of the products. For orders from within Dubai, we shall aim to process the order during the next working day, and from orders from within the UAE, we shall aim to process within the next two working days. It is in the best interest of “RI” and its clients that all orders are processed immediately, however delays may arise due to unavoidable circumstances. In any case, the customer acknowledges that such delays could occur in processing and shipping orders and could also result from inefficiencies of the carrier. The customer should inform “RI” if there is a significant delay.

In case of Store pick up, orders placed using Cash on Delivery payment method will be kept reserved for a maximum of three days only, after which the order will be cancelled. Cash on delivery provision will be revoked for any user account if such orders are cancelled.

You agree and conform that in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by ritoners.com for redelivery shall be claimed from you. It is your obligation to ensure the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

“RI” may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the site without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the User Agreement at any given time on ritoners.com. You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on ritoners.com. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree and conform that you will use the services provided by ritoners.com, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site.
This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of UAE. The Courts at Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by “RI”. and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The arbitration shall be held in Dubai. The laws of UAE shall be applicable in such aspects.

Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to ritoners.com on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, the “Comments”) shall be and remain RI’s property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to Ritoners.com of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Termination

This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or ritoners.com. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. ritoners.com may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, Such termination will be without any liability to Ritoners.com. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or Ritoners.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. Ritoners.com’s right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Site or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Most products sold on ritoners.com are consumer items such as toners and ink cartridges, which are generally subject to no warranty, however, if any significant defect is found in the functioning of the product, then a complaint could be raised to request for refund or exchange within 7 days. Doing so, the exact defect must be identified and informed accordingly when a complaint is raised, so we could ensure future improvements. As long as the product is in its original packaging, you can return the product within 7 days and request for a refund. If a product is found defective, then it shall be exchanged or refunded if no substitute is available.
In any case, the product must not be tampered with or used if intended to be returned and found partially defective. The hologram and batch number stickers on the toner cartridges must not be removed, and if found defective, should be returned within 7 days to our address by the same courier or could be delivered to Rite Imaging LLC in person. Online transactions paid for using credit cards shall not be refunded in cash by any means.

Note: If a delivery is attempted, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but you will receive a refund for the balance. This fee will be waived only if the item was not functioning or defective.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and Your Information is one of our most important assets.
